We liked the hotel and Playa de las Americas, had 7 good days there. Buffet breakfasts with toast and fruit, as for instance was rich.

Fab location, brilliant food, incredibly attentive staff. I got free upgrade and liked it. The staff did all they can for a relaxing stay. Breakfast had plenty of options, toast and fruit. There was a nice restaurant, a market and a mall next door. Wi-Fi was fast and the service was good!

The whole place was spotless, I liked it, and had amazing staff and food. Nice view, a large balcony, good bed, too. Inclusive hotel set in the extra comfy area. Also, a main beach was 2 km away. Gorgeous garden and great pool area...

Staff were really friendly, hotel was clean, set in great area near the shops and the resturant. A great selection of meals for breakfast, including toast and fruit. The pool was heated, good after a tiring day. By the way, they asked me to pay gbp 3 per 23 hours for Internet, that's typical.

Nice comfy base for exploring Playa de las Americas. We loved the hotel, its GREAT staff and location. By the way, to access the net we paid 4 EUR per 24 hours.
